Out of all of my creative projects, “12 Steps Back” is the most personal to me. Having witnessed how substance abuse can affect those we care most about, this story was told from my heart. Many teenagers struggle with anxiety, myself included, and I wanted to create a piece of art that commented on a prevalent issue currently affecting my generation.
