First up this week is three-time Grammy winner, Bad Bunny, making headlines for being the official 2026 Super Bowl halftime performer, bringing controversy from MAGA.
Ariana Grande fans began to speculate that Grande had officially called it quits with boyfriend Ethan Slater. Reportedly, Grande and Slater were going through a ‘rough patch’ because of media scrutiny and other complications, but are currently still together.
Speaking of internet lovebirds, Taylor Swift released her new album The Life of a Showgirl, her first album discussing her relationship with Fiancé and Kansas City Chiefs tight enderTravis Kelce. The album has been under fire for its questionable lyricism, supposed plagiarism and diss track about singer Charli xcx.
Also in the realm of diss tracks and celebrity beefs, following the release of Cardi B’s latest album, “Am I The Drama?”, Cardi has found herself amidst several internet feuds between rappers Nicki Minaj and Bia.
In contrast to internet conflicts, singer Zara Larson has found herself under internet praise after the release of her viral new record, Midnight Sun. Although Zara has found it challenging to break out in the U.S. in recent years, Midnight Sun has marked the dawn of a new day for her career, receiving praise for both her newly released album and her opening act for Tate McRae’s concurrent tour.
As Larson is getting attention for all the right reasons, rapper and singer D4vd, has been found at the center of the murder of Celeste Rivas, who was found in a car registered to the rapper in early Sept. of this year.
Falling into media concern, singer-songwriter, Lola Young, fainted on stage during a live performance of her song “Conceited” during the “All Things Go” music festival in New York.
